Can I choose the order of the pages?
Absolutely! All art boxes sent to you will contain an order form. Indicate on the order form sent that you wish to do so and simply number, in pencil on the back of the art. If you need to let us know which way up a picture is supposed to be, you can do that on the back too. If you want to choose the front cover, please write that on the back. You can also choose a back cover or choose a whole wrap image (same image front and back). Please use a pencil and don’t press too hard! Alternatively, you can leave the entire process up to us! Again, just indicate on the form.
Can I have a photo of the artist on the first page?
Yes, let us know on the form and email us a picture. You can include a few words if you want to, again just let us know on the form.
Can I choose the title of the book?
Yes, please write it on the form (try to keep it short and snappy!) If you cannot come up with a title we will use the default title; *Child’s name*’s Artbook.
How should I pack the art?
The key is DO NOT FOLD! Folding may make what you send us impossible to digitise and therefore unusable. Rolling is a good way to pack larger pieces. We can accept most types of 2D art, including collages. If you have a piece of art that is larger than A3, then let us know at [email protected] as we will need to arrange alternative packaging. Remember, colourful artwork always reproduces well but some colours, such as neon, can be tricky to reproduce and though they will still be bright may not appear neon.
What paper will the art be printed on?
We use high quality matte paper, which is 148gsm/100lbs. The matte texture reproduces the colours and textures of the original art at its best.
How long will it take?
Digitising and arranging is a lengthy process and it takes many hours of work to create a quality book. We aim to get your book completed within 4-6 weeks but it could be longer at busy times of year. We will keep you updated and informed at all stages of the process.
Can I get my artwork back?
If you wish your artwork to be returned, please indicate on the form and it will be returned for additional p&p cost of £4.99. If you do not wish it to be returned, all artwork will be recycled.
Can I purchase multiple copies?
Of course. There is a 30% discount on each additional copy of the same book ordered at the same time.
How much art do I need to submit??
For a 20 page artbook we recommend 30 pieces and for a 30 page artbook we recommend 40. The minimum page number is 20 pages. If you have more art than this that you would like to turn into a beautiful coffee table book then do contact us at [email protected] first and we can give you a bespoke quote.
How much is Postage and Packing?
£12.99 for one book and £6.99 for each book thereafter.
